GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. This offer is only open to not-for-profit community organisations & select invited organisations only.

2. Only wine orders placed through the unique web link provided will qualify for partner payments.

3. Partner payments will only be paid on orders received within 45 days of the link being clicked and if the user does not delete the 'cookies' on their computer.

4. Orders that are placed and then cancelled will not be applicable for partner payments.

5. The $30 partner payment is only applicable to certain wines as listed which are subject to change and price without notice.

6. Only one partner payment per wine order is payable. Where the $30 partner payment is applicable the $10 partner payment will not be paid.

7. Partner payments are paid monthly by bank transfer when the amount owing exceeds $100. Payments will come from Clixgalore, the supplier of our payment tracking system.

8. All partner payment amounts are including GST.

9. All images and websites are copyright Cellarmasters Pty Ltd.

10. Cellarmasters must be the exclusive wine promoted to members during the period of agreement.

11. Cellarmasters reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time for any partner without notice.

VOUCHERS & MEMBER'S OFFER CONDITIONS

1. Partners can either offer their members a 5% discount on all wine or receive a $10 partner payment on all wine but not both

2. Only one $50 voucher is allowed per email address.

3. The $50 vouchers can only be used on orders of $120 or more.

4. The $50 Voucher cannot be redeemed on any beer or any free beer offers.

5. Vouchers are strictly for personal use and cannot be resold.

6. One voucher may be redeemed per order, valid for single use only, not transferable for cash.

7. Orders that breach these conditions will be placed on hold and cancelled.

EVENT WINE CONDITIONS

1. Wines offered for events are subject to change without notice.

2. To qualify for the discount event wine you must order through your Community Network contact.

3. Purchasing needs to be in case lots.

4. There is free delivery.

5. No returns on orders less than 15 cases.

6. You or your venue must have a liquor licence to sell alcohol.
